Dr. Bailey is a licensed clinical psychologist who serves as the executive director of clinical services for the inpatient and residential levels of care at Rogers Behavioral Health’s three hospital campuses in Wisconsin. Prior to her current role, Dr. Bailey was the supervising psychologist of OCD and Anxiety Adult Residential Care in Oconomowoc. Along with her clinical interests in evidence-based treatment for OCD, anxiety, and depression, she is actively engaged in outcomes research and clinical protocol development. Dr. Bailey is a member of the International OCD Foundation, Association for Behavioral Cognitive Therapies, and American Psychological Association.

Sanjaya Saxena, MD, is a board-certified adult psychiatrist at Rogers Behavioral Health in San Diego. In addition to his role caring for patients with Rogers, Dr. Saxena is a clinical professor in the University of California, San Diego Department of Psychiatry. He served as director of the UCSD Obsessive-Compulsive Disorders Program (2006-2020), was director of the UCLA OCD Research Program, and was Associate Director of the UCLA Anxiety Disorders Program (1996-2005). Dr. Saxena’s research focuses on the neurobiology and treatment of OCD, hoarding disorder, and related disorders. He serves on the Scientific Advisory Board for the International OCD Foundation and was an advisor to the DSM-5 Workgroup on Obsessive-Compulsive and Related Disorders.
